The MMA-3020 on-line moisture analyzer is used to measure the moisture content and density distribution inside the rubber bale in real-time. The real-time measurement data is conducive to the correct and efficient real-time operation optimization during the process of production.

In order to explore the application of microwave moisture analyzer in the synthetic rubber industry, the Walsun Electromechanical has introduced a set of MMA-3020 moisture analyzer, which has carried out experiments in the customer's granular rubber production line for nearly three months, and accumulated certain experience in the installation, debugging and calibration of the analyzer. It is also planned to find the production line of synthetic rubber bale for further experiments to promote the application of on-line microwave moisture analyzer in the synthetic rubber industry.
