Walsun New Materials specializes in manganese-based materials for energy storage, coatings, ferrites, metal pretreatment, and electronic components. Located in the Yueyang Green Chemical High-Tech Zone (Hunan, China), our integrated campus spans 9,456.3 m² with three production workshops, a dedicated R&D laboratory, power distribution, emergency retention, wastewater and first-flush rainwater systems—built for stable output and rigorous EHS compliance.

Our Products

• High-Purity Manganese(II) Oxide (MnO) — 200 t/y installed, scaling to 500 t/y.
  Applications: battery precursor development, high-end coating R&D, ferrites; also an efficientdrier in paints/varnishes.
• High-Purity Manganese Carbonate (MnCO₃) — 5,000 t/y.
  Applications: LMFP/LFP cathode precursor routes, metal surface-treatment solutions, soft-magnetic ferrites, and MLCC.
• Battery-Grade MnCO₃ — engineered for power-battery requirements with tight impurity control and stable chemistry, supporting higher energy density and longer cycle life.
• Phosphating-Grade MnCO₃ — for automotive, machinery, defense, and home-appliance metal pretreatment; enhances corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and paint adhesion; also suitable for pigments and catalysts.
